Who runs it
The Ireland driving test is administered by the Road Safety Authority (RSA). Book your test through the official RSA service at www.rsa.ie/services/learner-drivers/the-driving-test.
What the examiner is assessing
Wherever you test, examiners are watching the same fundamentals: all-round observation (especially at junctions), correct mirror use before any change of speed or direction, smooth steering and control, safe positioning and lane discipline, and appropriate speed for the conditions.
